Requirements

Faculty typically have an MBA from a top program and many years of experience at the senior level in finance or business (do not necessarily need to be finance professionals).

Smart, serious and with a sense of humor/playfulness (key to relating to high school students).

Faculty typically observe for one summer (and teach one class out of 7) and then, if that goes well, take on their own class in the following summer – or with a partner high school or nonprofit.
